To assist with planning and to help you understand the exact steps of the prefab home building process, our qualified master builders have prepared this outline for our standard range. We deliver throughout the North Island.

Design process

1. Contact Us

Make an appointment to meet and speak with a design consultant to assist with choosing a base plan or that meets your personal requirements to provide you with a build estimate.

2. Ready to go

The next step is the pre-contract stage. Once you have decided you would like to proceed one of our team will visit your site to evaluate the proposed site and site specific requirements. At this point a preliminary fee is required.

3. Contracts

Finalise working drawings and confirm all aspects of pricing so we can provide you with fixed costings. Once the contracts have been signed we will begin working on your building consent followed by application of relocation consent.

4. Construction

Once the building permit has been issued, the construction phase starts in our manufacturing facility. This phase generally takes between 10-12 weeks.

5. Inspection

We will invite you to make a final inspection of your home together, to ensure all details are completed to your satisfaction prior to delivery.

6. Delivery

Your home is transported to site by our experienced delivery team. Your home will be sited in place & attached to the piles.
